When I will receive my order? / What is your Delivery time?

Our delivery time is 5- 7 business days. However, sometimes your order may get delayed due to unusual circumstances like weather, freight terminal, etc. After confirmation of the order and full payment by your side, we will process your order within 24 hours.

How does my Engine arrive?

Your Engine comes fully shrink-wrapped & fastened to a 3x3 pallet, drained of all liquids. It arrives at your shipping address via a common carrier, such as Old Dominion or R&L Carriers.

Do your Engines have a Warranty?

Yes, we offer 3-5 years of Exclusive warranty on all our auto parts. Check out our used engine warranty page for more details.

Will the engine I receive fit my vehicle?

You will be receiving the engine which is the perfect fit for your vehicle. Used engines are built to fit a specific number of years, makes, and models.

What comes with my used engine?

Engine Block, Head Gasket, Cylinder Heads, and all Internal Lubricated Parts.

How can we check the status of our order?

You can get the tracking link on our website after the full payment of your order. We will also send you the tracking number over e-mail, once your order has shipped. You can also call our customer service representatives at toll-free number 1-800-591-1349.

Will my Engine come from the exact year, make and model that my vehicle is?

We cannot guarantee this since OEM Engines are interchangeable with different years, models, and make. This implies that the same part is a perfect fit for different makes and models as defined by OEM standards. But we can guarantee you one thing that Engine will fit your vehicle perfectly.

Do all quotes include Free Shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping to customers all over the USA including residential as well as the business address. However, if you reside in Hawaii or Alaska, then there is an extra shipping charge.

What payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard Payment. You can also use Discover if you are placing the order by phone.

Do you deliver outside the USA?

We only provide free shipping to the 48 Continental United States. However, we can deliver the product outside the USA on special request and extra shipping charges.

Which types of Engines are available?

We sell all types of used engines, petrol, and diesel, standard as well as automatic. We have used engines of almost every make & model, new as well as foreign like Audi, BMW, Chevy, Honda, Ford, Porsche and Mercedes.

Do you provide a refund/ replacement policy?

If an engine has performance or any leakage problems then replacement is provided. Refunds are only authorized if the replacement is not available. All returned and cancelled orders are subject to 25% handling and restocking fees. A customer has to bear the shipping cost unless a replacement is sanctioned by us during the warranty period. We authorize the return and exchanged order only when it is received in the same assembled condition as it was originally shipped to the customer. If in-case received order is not in the same condition because of any reason, NO REFUND will be done from our side.

Yes, all our car engines for sale are systematically inspected & checked by our Engine Experts. Various Engine test like Compression Test, Noise Test, Visual Test, Smoke & Oil Leakage is conducted to ensure your safety.
